Why it matters
Buying starts long before anyone picks up the phone. People browse at night, compare what is free, check sizes and prices. The only question is whether they can do that on your site — or on someone else’s.

Every call asking whether flat 12 is still free is time you do not get back. When the website shows what is free, sold or reserved, those calls stop and the real ones get through.
They pay a lot for sales tools like these. You get the same thing for a fraction of it, running on your own site, under your own name.

HOW WE WORK
Four steps, no surprises - your construction company website goes live in days, with your first project included.
We learn your projects, units, and sales goals, then map the structure your buyers will navigate - from master plan to individual apartment pages.
We apply your branding - logo, colors, images, and content - to our proven real estate website template. Ready in hours, not weeks.
We set up your website and interactive building module: 3D floor plans, apartment availability, and pricing your buyers see in real time.
We launch your site and enter your first project's full data - building, floors, and units. After go-live, our team stays available for updates and support.

Website goes live in about two weeks once we have your content. The interactive building module on its own is faster — usually a few days, depending on how many units and floor plans there are.
Yes. If you already have a website, you can take just the building module and keep the site exactly as it is — we add the interactive building to the pages where you sell. On WordPress it installs as a plugin; on any other platform it goes in as an embed.
You do, from the admin panel, and the change is live immediately. No developer, no re-export, no outdated PDF. We can also import an existing spreadsheet of units to get you started.
Renders or a site plan, a list of units with sizes and prices, and your logo and brand colours.
Yes. Every unit has a status you switch from the admin panel — available, reserved, sold, or whatever set you prefer — and the building view, the unit list and the filters all reflect it immediately. You can change one unit or a whole floor at a time, and the colours and labels used for each status are yours to configure.
Yes. Units are imported from an Excel file, so a whole project is set up in one pass instead of being typed in by hand — unit number, block, floor, size, rooms, price and status all come across. Everything stays editable in the admin panel afterwards, one unit at a time.
Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first, and the building module is fully touch-driven: buyers can pan and zoom the render, tap a floor or a unit, and open floor plans on a phone exactly as they would on a desktop. We test on real phones and tablets before launch.
