Technical support is our commitment to the long term reliability of your website and building module. A site that goes down, or a module that stops updating correctly, costs you leads while it's broken. We make sure that doesn't happen.

If something breaks or behaves unexpectedly, we fix it. If a software update affects how your site runs, we handle it before it becomes your problem. And as we improve the building module over time, existing clients get those improvements too, not just new ones.

This isn't a one time favor after launch. As long as you're using Flatview, support is part of what you're paying for.
